  • Q: Can we update / cancel our order post billing?

    It is not possible to cancel an order post billing, however, a customer can return their order for store credit after receiving their shipment.
  • Q: Are your prices inclusive of taxes and duties when shipped internationally?

    Currently we do not ship internationally and only ship within India.​
  • Q: What are the different modes of payment available?

    We accept Credit Card & Debit Card payments, RTGS Bank Transfer, Net Banking (Except for HDFC Bank) & UPI Payments. Cash on delivery will be available shortly.
  • Q: How will I know that my order is confirmed?

    Once an order is placed, the customer will receive an email from Plate and Peonie to confirm the order.
  • Q: Do you provide cash on delivery?

    Unfortunately we do not provide Cash On Delivery yet. This service should be available soon - once COD is accepted, an update will be given!​
  • Q: What is the estimated time of shipping of these products?

    Products if readily available with us, will ship within 2-3 working days. Feel free to contact us to check the status of your order.​
  • Q: What if I have received a damaged product?

    Upon receiving the product, if the item(s) is damaged, please share an image and send us an email on sayhello@plateandpeonie.com or via Whatsapp on +91 85919 51295. Plate and Peonie needs to be informed about damaged product(s) within 24 hours of the customer receiving the shipment for the product to be replaced by Plate and Peonie. We will only replace the item(s) if they have reached the customer in a damaged condition.
