  • Q: How long will it take for my products to ship?

    Products, if readily available, will be shipped out in 2-3 working days and reach the customer in 7-10 working days post shipping.
  • Q: What happens if my package is lost?

    If a package is lost, we will replace the items ordered in the said package.
  • Q: How do I track my your order?

    Once an order is confirmed, our shipping partner will send out an SMS with the AWB tracking number and _______. Customers could also get in touch with us for any tracking information on sayhello@plateandpeonie.com or via Whatsapp on +91 85919 51295, we are always here to help you!
  • Q: Is there express shipping?

    Express shipping or overnight shipping will be available at an additional cost of Rs. 200 per order.
  • Q: How is the delivery executed?

    Orders will be delivered directly to the shipping address entered by the customer through our shipping partner.
  • Q: Can I update or change shipping address once my order is confirmed

    A customer can change their shipping address by reaching out to us on sayhello@plateandpeonie.com or on Whatsapp at +91 85919 51295. However, if an order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address.
Returns and Exchanges
  • Q: What is your return policy?

    Your product can be returned to Plate and Peonie for store credit. Store credit can be availed for subsequent purchases on the website or via Whatsapp orders. Please ensure that your returned piece is unused  and repacked in its original packaging when received from the Plate and Peonie warehouse.  Once we receive the returned package, our Plate and Peonie team will review the package and will process the return / exchange for store credit. Store credit is only available for products that are unused and undamaged, unbroken or not scratched when they reach the Plate and Peonie warehouse.
  • Q: How do I track my return?

    Once the return shipment has been picked up by the Plate and Peonie shipping partner, the customer will receive an SMS on their registered number with an AWB tracking number and _________.   • Q: How soon will I get my refund?

    Plate and Peonie will give the customer store credit within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) if it is in good and undamaged condition.
  • Q: What is the process of exchange

    If a customer wishes to exchange or return a product they have to get in touch with us via the Plate and Peonie website, or send an email to sayhello@plateandpeonie.com or via Whastapp on +91 85919 51295. We are always happy to help!
  • Q: Are there any items that are non returnable, refundable, exchangeable?

    Glassware items that reach the customer in good condition from the Plate and Peonie warehouse are non returnable, refundable or exchangeable. Apart from glassware, if any returnable, refundable or exchangeable products are returned to the Plate and Peonie warehouse in a damaged condition, they will not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Q: Can a gift be returned or exchanged?

    A gift can be returned for store credit or exchanged to the customer who has placed the gift order only if the gift item is returned to the Plate and Peonie warehouse in good and undamaged condition. Gifts can be exchanged only once per order. Any price difference between gift item and new desired gift item will have to be borne by the Plate and Peonie customer. Glassware items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Q: Do I have to pay for shipping for returns or exchanges?

    No, the customer does not have to pay for shipping returns or exchanges.
